وبناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 14 تاريخ 7/1/1955

وبناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 34 تاريخ 19/1/1955

وبناءعلى اقتراح وزير الدفاع الوطني

يرسم ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يحدد عدد الوظائف الدائمة للموظفين المدنيين الملحقين بالجيش والتابعين للملاك "ب" وفقا للجدول رقم 8 المرفق بهذا المرسوم.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تلغى احكام المرسوم رقم 3434 الصادر بتاريخ 21/11/1953

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا من تاريخ صدوره ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
