مادة 1: تعدل الفقرة -ج - من المادة الثانية من المرسوم رقم 3564 تاريخ 29/12/53 كما يلي: في المدن التي يستوعب مقسمها الهاتفي ما يزيد على عشرة آلاف مشترك - عن الاربعة كيلو مترات الاولى 250 ليرة - عن كل ماية متر زيادة او كسورها 50 "
