المادة 1

مادة 1: يعهد الى مديرية الدعاية والنشر في وزارة الداخلية بتنفيذ احكام القانون الصادر في 28 نيسان سنة 1948 المذكور اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يشترك مع مديرية الدعاية والنشر باجراء المراقبة مندوب من كل من وزارتي الخارجية والمغتربين والدفاع الوطني.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
