ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 150 تاريخ

16/09/1983 وتعديلاته (قانون القضاء العدلي),

لا سيما المادة 93 منه,

وبعد موافقة مجلس القضاء الاعلى بتاريخ

26/03/1998,

بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل,

يرسم ما يأتي:
