المادة 1

مادة 1: اكملت المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 2146 تاريخ 23 تشرين اول سنة 1944 على الوجه التالي: "يجوز ان يمنح بمرسوم لقب مدير عام للموظف الاداري الذي يبلغ راتبه او يفوق الحد الاعلى لراتب المدير العام"

المادة 2

مادة 2: منح السيد ناصر رعد مدير الشرطة لقب مدير عام درجة اولى بدون تعديل في الراتب

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
