مادة 1: يفوض الكولونيل قائد الصيادة اللبنانية حق مجازاة جنود الصيادة اللبنانية بعقوبة السجن التأديبية التي تتجاوز الثلاثين يوما ولا تزيد عن ستين يوما بشرط ان يوافق عليها وزير الداخلية
