مادة 1: احدثت في مدينتي طرابلس وصيدا فرقتا تحريات عدلية واستخبارات فوضعت فرقة طرابلس تحت مطلق تصرف المفوض المركزي فيها وفرقة صيدا تحت امرة مفوض الشرطة فيها

مادة 2: ان مأموري هاتين الفرقتين يتقاضون التعويض المنصوص عليه في المادة 22 من القرار رقم 3639 المؤرخ في 27 نيسان سنة 1926 ويعملون ضمن نطاق اراضي حكومة الجمهورية
