مادة 1: ينشأ في لبنان معرض دولي للصناعة والتجارة والزراعة

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعين السيد ادمون طحيني مفوضا من قبل الحكومة لانشاء المعرض المذكور وادارته ولا يحق له ان يتقاضى لقاء عمله هذا اي راتب او تعويض .

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
