المادة 1

مادة 1: سندا لاحكام المادة السادسة من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 12 الصادر بتاريخ 28 شباط سنة 1930 يعين موظف خاص من الدوائر العقارية, بدلا من الحاكم المنفرد, للقيام باعمال رئاسة المكتب المعاون في كل من اقضية بعبدا والمتن وعاليه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ان هذا المرسوم الذي يعمل به اعتبارا من 30 حزيران سنة 1950 ينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
