ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6812 تاريخ 25/05/1995 المتضمن

تشكيل الحكومة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6847 تاريخ 09/06/1995 (تعيين

وزراء بالوكالة عند غياب الوزراء الاصيلين),

بناء على اقتراح رئيس مجلس الوزراء,

يرسم ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعهد بالوكالة الى السيد بهيج طباره, وزير العدل, بمهام وزارة الخارجية, وذلك عند غياب الوزير الاصيل والوزير المعين بالوكالة, لاي سبب كان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور صدوره.
