مادة 2: تحدد وزارة التربية الوطنية, قبل 15 اب من كل سنة عدد المنح, ومقدارها ومدتها وموضوعها. ويجوز للوزارة ان تعين المعهد او المعاهد التي يجب متابعة الدروس فيها.
