مادة 1: يقصد بعبارة " افراد الهيئة التعليمية " الواردة في المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 9776 تاريخ 20/4/1968, رئيس الجامعة اللبنانية والاساتذة والاساتذة المساعدين والمعيدين المنتمين الى الملاك الدائم في الجامعة اللبنانية.
