المادة 1

مادة 1: تنشأ في وزراة الداخلية 1) قيادة تدعى "قيادة قوى الامن الداخلي" توضع تحت امرتها قوى الدرك والشرطة وتحدد صلاحياتها بمرسوم لاحق. 2) مفتشية لقوى الامن الداخلي تحدد صلاحياتها بقرار من وزير الداخلية.
