مادة 1: الغي نص المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 11158 تاريخ 16/11/1962 واستعيض عنه بالنص التالي: تصنف مدارس التعليم المهني والتقني الرسمية داخلية او خارجية بقرار من وزير التربية الوطنية والفنون الجميلة.
