المادة 1

مادة 1: يحدد بثلث رسم التوسط العائد لادارة البريد والمواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية على البرقيات المتبادلة مباشرة بين شركة راديو اوريان اللاسلكية وبين البلاد المرتبطة بها لا سلكيا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا من اول حزيران سنة 1946 وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
