المادة 1

مادة 1: عندما تستأنف الدورات البرلمانية يتناول رئيس مجلس النواب تعويضا مقطوعا اجماليا يكون مبلغه مساويا لراتب الموظف اللبناني الذي يتناول اعلى راتب بعد رئيس الدولة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: عندما تستأنف الدورات البرلمانية يتناول سائر النواب تعويضا مقطوعا اجماليا يعين كما يلي: 1- 600 ليرة لبنانية سورية في السنة لكل نائب عن منطقة بيروت . 2- 900 ليرة لبنانية سورية في السنة لكل نواب بقية المناطق.

المادة 3

مادة 3: الغي ابتداء من 9 ايار سنة 1932 القانون الصادر في تاريخ 14 نيسان سنة 1927 فيما يخالف احكام هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي.
