المادة 1

مادة 1: تلغى الفقرة ب من المادة 81 المدرجة في المرسوم رقم 11864 تاريخ 10/4/1956 وتستبدل بالنص التالي: ب - الدفع: يدفع هذا التعويض في نهاية كل شهر على صحيفة الرواتب الشهرية وتحسب جميع الاشهر دون استثناء ثلاثين يوما.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل باحكام هذا المرسوم فور صدوره وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
