المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: توضع قوى الجيش اللازمة لموآزرة قوى الامن الداخلي لحفظ الامن في كافة المناطق اللبنانية تصرف وزير الداخلية من 9 حزيران سنة 11960 وحتى انتهاء فترة الانتخابات .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ان اللواء قائد الجيش مكلف بتوزيع القوى وتحديد طرق استعمالها بالاتفاق مع السلطات المختصة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ان وزير الداخلية ووزير الدفاع الوطني مكلفان بتنفيذ المادة الاولى والثانية اعلاه.

المادة 4

مادة 4: يعمل بهذا المرسوم فور صدوره.
