المادة 45
مادة 45: لا يجوز ان تزيد مدة الاحتلال على ثلاث سنوات . ويسقط حتما بمرور الزمن كل قرار يرخص في احتلال موقت اذا لم يبدأ بالتنفيذ في خلال ستة اشهر من تاريخه
