رهن المنقول, عقد بمقتضاه يخصص شيء منقول, مادي او غير مادي بتأمين موجب ما.
Art. 1er - Le gage est le contrat par lequel une chose mobilière corporelle ou incorporelle, est affectée à la sûreté d’une obligation.
