المادة 11
اذا اساء الدائن استعمال الشيء المرهون, حق للراهن ان يطلب وضع هذا الشيء في عهدة حارس .
Art. 11. - Si le créancier abuse du gage, le constituant peut demander la mise sous séquestre de la chose.
