المادة 1

مادة 1: ان ترتيب ومراقبة اعمال هيئة مفتشي المالية يناطان بصورة دائمة بموظف من صنف مفتش عام. ان هذا الموظف يرتبط بمدير المالية ويلقب بمفتش المالية العام

المادة 2

مادة 2: ابتداء من 16 كانون الثاني سنة 1933 يكلف السيد كمال الخوري غانم رئيس مفتشي المالية بوظيفة مفتش عام رئيس دائرة التفتيش المالي. ويرفع ابتداء من ذات التاريخ السيد كمال الخوري غانم صنف مفتش عام من الدرجة الثانية.
