مادة 5: عدل تعويض قضاة المحاكم الشرعية العاملين خارج مدينة بيروت المحدد بموجب المرسوم رقم 16021 تاريخ 7/4/1964 بحيث يصبح 8% من الراتب (بدلا من 5%) على ان يكون مركز عملهم في غير القضاء المقيمين فيه.
