بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 69 تاريخ 09/09/1983

(قانون التنظيم المدني),

بناء على كتاب قائمقام جبيل رقم 1165 تاريخ

26/05/1994

بناء على قرار المجلس الاعلى للتنظيم المدني المتخذ

بتاريخ 13/07/1994 (محضر رقم 27),

بناء على اقتراح وزير الاشغال العامة,

يرسم ما يأتي:
