المادة 1

مادة 1: تحدد رتب ورواتب موظفي الجمارك وفقا للجدول رقم 1 الملحق بهذا المرسوم.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يجري تصنيف الموظفين في السلسلة الجديدة, مع بقائهم في رتبهم الحالية, وفقا لجدول التصنيف المرفق بهذا المرسوم (ملحق رقم 2) على ان تحدد اقدميتهم في درجاتهم الجديدة, عند الاقتضاء, وفقا للقواعد الواردة في ذيل جدول التصنيف العام الملحق بقانون 7 ايار 1957

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا المرسوم اعتبارا من اول كانون الثاني 1957
