المادة 1

مادة 1: تحول المخصصات الشهرية لكل من مفتي الجمهورية اللبنانية والمفتي الجعفري الممتاز وسائر المفتين وامناء الفتوى وفقا للجدول المصحح المرفق بهذا المرسوم.

المادة 2

مادة 2: عند تحديد مخصصات اصحاب السماحة والفضيلة المذكورين في المادة الاولى سواء بسبب اعطائهم زيادات غلاء معيشة او بسبب اعطائهم زيادات دورية على مخصصاتهم كل سنتين, يدور كسر الليرة الى ليرة.
