المادة 1

مادة 1: يلحق بالينابيع التي تظهر في المنحدر الشرقي من جبل الكنيسة والتي تقرر جرها الى مدينة صوفر عملا بالمرسوم رقم 9655 تاريخ 27 حزيران سنة 1955 النبع التالي: - عين البارد 1760 م عن سطح البحر ويخضع لاحكام المرسوم المذكور اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتم استملاك هذا النبع خلال مدة لا تزيد عن الثلاثة اشهر اعتبارا من تاريخ صدور هذا المرسوم.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
