ان رئيس الجمهورية,

بناء على الدستور,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على اقتراح وزير المالية ورئيس مجلس

الوزراء,

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ 21/12/1998,

يرسم ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يحتفظ للوزير ناصر السعيدي بوظيفته (نائب الحاكم الاول لمصرف لبنان) طيلة مدة تعيينه وزيرا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
