المادة 1

مادة 1: تعتبر شهادة البكالوريا العراقية للتعليم الثانوي الرسمية معادلة لشهادة البكالوريا اللبنانية للتعليم الثانوي. تعطي هذه المعادلة لحاملها, من غير اللبنانيين, حق الدخول فقط الى معاهد الطب في بيروت لمتابعة دروسه الطبية او دروس الصيدلة.

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم او يبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
