يعاد العمل باحكام المادة 33 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 147 تاريخ 12/6/1959 (اصول تحصيل الضرائب المباشرة والرسوم المماثلة لها) وباحكام المادة 120 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 68 تاريخ 5/8/1967 (قانون الرسوم البلدية), وذلك اعتبارا من اول ايلول 1979 .
