المادة 1

مادة 1: تصدق وتنفذ المخابرات المجراة بموجب رسائل بين الادارة اللبنانية وادارات فرنسا - انلكلترا - ايطاليا - اليونان - قبرص والولايات المتحدة الاميركية والرامية الى تحديد رسوم هاتفية دولية بين لبنان والدول المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تحدد عند الحاجة دقائق تطبيق هذا المرسوم بقرار من وزير البريد والبرق والهاتف عملا بالنظام الدولي للهاتف .

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
