المادة 1

مادة 1: تفتتح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية المكونة من مياه الينابيع فوار الكبير- والصغير الكائنين في منطقة البوشرية والمجاورين للعقارات رقم 212 و213 و211- و118 من منطقة البوشرية (قائمقامية قضاء المتن).

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعين فيما بعد اللجنة المكلفة بعمليات هذا التحديد

المادة 3

مادة 3: تجري عمليات التحديد المذكورة وفقا لاحكام القرار عدد 144 المذكور آنفا.

مادة 4: يبلغ هذا المرسوم وينشر حيث تدعو الحاجة.
