المادة 30

في حال نقل ملكية العقار الى اسم الدولة, يفتح بقيمة ثمنه اعتماد في الموازنة لتسديد المبالغ المتوجبة للخزينة, ويدفع عند الاقتضاء ما يزيد على هذه المبالغ لصاحب العقار.
