مادة 1: عدل في المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 12921 تاريخ 30/8/1948 مقدار الرسم الذي يجوز للمختارين استيفاؤه عن كل شهادة اصلية يعطونها بموجب المادة 17 من قانون المختارين واصبح خمسماية ليرة لبنانية.
