المادة 1

مادة 1: تفتتح معاملات معرفة الحقوق المكتسبة على مياه نبع الشاغور الكائن في منطقة زحلة ومقنه ـ قضاء بعلبك ـ محافظة البقاع.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تجري المعاملات الملحوظة في المادة السابقة وفقا لاحكام المادتين 22 و24 من القرار رقم 320 المذكور اعلاه.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
