المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: اعتبارا من 1/1/92 , عين الحد الادنى الرسمي للاجر الشهري بمبلغ ماية وثمانية عشرة الف ليرة لبنانية ويطبق وفقا لاحكام المادتين الاولى والثانية من القانون رقم 36/67 تاريخ 16/5/1967 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: تطبق احكام هذا المرسوم على جميع ارباب العمل والاجراء الخاضعين لاحكام قانون العمل الصادر بتاريخ 23/9/1946

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
