المادة 1

مادة 1: الغيت المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 9808 تاريخ 27 آب وابدلت بها الاحكام التالية: "يعين لمحافظة بيروت اربعة اطباء شرعيين يقيمون فيها وثلاثة لمحافظة طرابلس ولكل من سائر المحافظات طبيب شرعي واحد يقيم في مركز المحافظة".

مادة 1: الغيت المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 13186 تاريخ 28 ايلول سنة 1948 واستبدلت بها الاحكام التالية: "يعين لمحافظة بيروت ستة اطباء شرعيين, وخمسة لمحافظة طرابلس , واربعة لمحافظة البقاع, واثنان لكل من محافظتي الجنوب وجبل لبنان".

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
