مادة 1: يخصص للفقراء الموجودين تحت حجر صحي حصة مجانية لاعاشتهم

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعطى الشهادات المثبتة فقر الحال من قبل المخاتير ويصدق على مضمونها القائمقام او المحافظ

مادة 3: يدفع ثمن مواد الاعاشة المسلمة لهؤلاء الفقراء من موازنة وزارة التموين
