مادة 1: تحال المخالفات المنصوص عليها في المرسومين الاشتراعيين رقم 258 و259 الصادرين بتاريخ اول كانون الاول سنة 1942 الى المحاكم الخاصة المؤلفة وفقا للمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 160 الصادر بتاريخ 28 اذار سنة 1942
