المادة 1

مادة 1: يعلق تنفيذ احكام الفقرتين 3 و 4 من المادة الثالثة, واحكام الفقرة 1 من المادة 30 من المرسوم رقم 6645 تاريخ 10 شباط سنة 1967 ريثما يصدر مرسوم بالغاء احكام هاتين الفقرتين.
