مادة 1: يلغى الملحق رقم (2) المرفق بالمرسوم رقم 5397 تاريخ 20/9/1982 المعدل بموجب المرسوم رقم 5043 تاريخ 23/7/1988 ويستعاض عنه بالملحق المرفق بهذا المرسوم.
