المادة 1

مادة 1: تعتبر الاشغال العائدة لمشروع تموين قرية كفردان (الحي المرتفع) بمياه الشرب من مياه اليمونة - انشاء خط جر وموقع خزان قصر مائي بسعة 100 م3 (قضاء بعلبك - محافظة البقاع) من المنافع العامة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يستملك قسم العقار اللازم لتنفيذ الاشغال المذكورة في المادة الاولى من هذاالمرسوم والمبين على الخريطة واللائحة المرفقين به وفقا للاحكام التشريعية والتنظيمية النافذة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
