مادة 1: تجدد سنة ثانية اعتبارا من 6 نيسان 1969 مدة وضع منطقة بطرام العقارية (محافظة لبنان الشمالي - قضاء الكورة) تحت الدرس , والتي كانت موضوعة تحت الدرس لمدة سنة واحدة بموجب المرسوم رقم 9681 تاريخ 6 نيسان 1968.
