المادة 1

مادة 1: يمدد استخدام موظفي ومستخدمي ومتعاقدي ومياومي مجلس تنفيذ المشاريع الانشائية اعتبارا من 18 نيسان سنة 1964 ولمدة اقصاها اخر شهر ايار 1964

المادة 2

مادة 2: يجاز لمجلس تنفيذ المشاريع الانشائية بدفع رواتب وتعويضات موظفيه ومستخدميه منذ 19 نيسان سنة 1964 ولغاية اخر ايار 1964 وذلك على اساس المستحق لكل منهم اول نيسان 1964

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
