1953 المتعلق باعلان حالة الطوارىء

بناء على ضرورة المحافظة على سلامة الدولة الخارجية

وبناء على اقتراح وزيري الداخلية والدفاع الوطني

وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء

يرسم ما يأتي:

تعلن حالة الطوارىء في جميع الاراضي اللبنانية.
