المادة 1

مادة 1: تفتتح عمليات تحديد الاملاك العمومية المكونة من مياه نبعي سباط وعين الدلبه الكائنين جنوبي شرقي مدينة بعلبك (قضاء بعلبك).

المادة 2

مادة 2: تعين فيما بعد اللجنة المكلفة بعمليات التحديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تجري عمليات التحديد المذكورة وفقا لاحكام القرار رقم 144 المذكور اعلاه.

المادة 4
