المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى المرسوم رقم 8351 تاريخ 19 ايار سنة 1952 القاضي بتأليف لجنة الهاتف الآلي واللجنة التنفيذية المعاونة لها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تؤلف بقرار من وزير البريد والبرق لجنة قوامها ثلاثة موظفين من ادارة الهاتف لاستلام المعدات والمستندات من اللجنة التنفيذية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تتابع مديرية ادارة الهاتف انشاء الهاتف الالي بواسطة موظفي هذه الادارة.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا المرسوم حيث تدعو الحاجة.
