المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز اعطاء كفالة الدولة للقروض التي منحها او يمنحها مصرف لبنان الى المصرف الوطني للانماء الصناعي والسياحي في حدود مبلغ 75 مليون ليرة. تحدد شروط منح هذه القروض بمراسيم تتخذ بناء على اقتراح وزير المالية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به في اليوم التالي لنشره لصقا على مدخل مقر رئاسة الحكومة.
