المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى مركز الصيانة في عمشيت (محافظة جبل لبنان-قضاء جبيل) المصدق بموجب المرسوم رقم 1757 تاريخ 8 ايار سنة 1965.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ترفع اشارة الاستملاك عن العقارات رقم 901-900-885-896 من منطقة عمشيت العقارية الواقعة ضمن المركز المذكور في المادة الاولى من هذا المرسوم.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
