إن رئيس الجمهورية
بناء على الدستور
بناء على قانون المحاسبة العمومية وتعديلاته، لاسيما المادة ٥٢ منه،
بناء على القانون رقم ١٤٤ تاريخ ٢٠١٩/٧/٣١ (الموازنة العامة والموازنات الملحقة لعام ٢٠١٩) لاسيما المادة /٨٥/ منه،
بناء على إقتراح رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير المالية،
يرسم ما يأتي:
قُبلت الهبة العينية من شركة Dangerose S.A.R.L لصالح المديرية العامة لرئاسة مجلس الوزراء، وهي عبارة ٤٣,٣٨ كلغ من المأكولات - مالح وحلويات لزوم ضيافة جلسات مجلس الوزراء وقيمتها /٥٠,٣٢١,٧٠٠/ ل.ل. / /٥٠,٣٢١,٧٠٠/ل.ل. (فقط خمسون مليونا وثلاثمئة وواحد وعشرون الفا وسبعمئة ليرة لبنانية).
ينشر هذا المرسوم ويُبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
